Billing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose monthly or yearly and pay by UPI from inside the app. If you do not pay, your diary becomes read-only: you can still see and download everything, but not add entries, until you subscribe.
Is GST included in ₹999?
No. ₹999 is the price before tax. With 18% GST the total is ₹1,179 for a year, or ₹176 for a month. The invoice shows GST separately.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, by email after every payment. Add your GSTIN in Settings and it appears on the invoice.
How do I pay?
By UPI: scan the code or pay to our UPI ID from the Subscription page, then tap "I have paid". Your plan is activated after we confirm the payment, usually within a few hours.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, at any renewal. The yearly plan starts when your current month ends.
I run two centres. Do I pay twice?
Each CSC is its own diary with its own staff and its own plan, so yes, one plan per centre. One login opens both.
What if I need more than 5 staff logins?
Write to us. Larger centres are welcome, and we will set up what you need.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund rules are in the refund and cancellation policy.
