Refund and cancellation policy
Cancel whenever you like. Your first payment is refundable within 7 days, no questions asked.
Trial
The first 14 days are free and need no payment details. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and your CSC becomes read-only. Nothing is charged.
Cancelling
- You can stop at any time: do not renew, or write to us and we will mark your plan as not renewing.
- Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the diary is read-only and you can still download your data for 90 days.
- There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term beyond the period you paid for.
Refunds
- Your first payment (monthly or yearly): full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying, no questions asked.
- Renewals: not refundable for the remaining period, because you can cancel before a renewal at no cost. If you were charged by mistake, or a technical fault on our side stopped you from using the service for 7 days or more in a paid period, write to us and we will refund or extend your plan.
- Duplicate payments are always refunded in full.
Refunds are paid to the UPI account the payment came from, within 7 working days of approval. GST on a refunded amount is refunded as well, and a credit note is issued.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@counterdiary.com with your CSC name and the payment date. We reply within one working day.
