Dues, services, loans and statements
- Dues and WhatsApp reminders. Record what a customer will pay later. Overdue, due today and upcoming lists. One-tap WhatsApp reminder. Part payments.
- Services help book. Documents, fees and time for each service, shareable on WhatsApp. A starter list of common CSC services.
- Loans and owner's money. Money borrowed, money lent and your own money, repaid in parts, kept apart from income.
- Statements, day book and customer khata. Bank-style statements, a day book of every movement, a passbook per customer. Print, PDF or Excel.
Counter Diary launches
- Live updates between devices. An entry on one phone reaches the owner's phone and the counter computer within a second or two. A permission change or a removed device takes effect just as fast.
- Devices screen. See every phone and computer that opened your CSC. Remove a lost one; allow it again later if it turns up.
- One login for everyone. Owner and staff log in with email and password. Staff are invited by email and set their own password.
- Several CSCs, one login. Switch between centres you own or work at. Each keeps its own diary.
- Offline recording. Entries save on the phone first and upload by themselves, in order, without duplicates. Sync Center shows what is waiting.
- Staff permissions. Presets for counter staff, senior staff and manager, and every tick adjustable.
- Daily closing with a note counter, owner correction and closing history.
- Reports for any period, by type, account and staff, with CSV download.
- Customers, expenses and reminders.
